I had to take a minute to write you about your Injured Runner rehab program. In just 3 weeks I cannot believe what a difference it has made in my rehab. I have been, of course, employing a mulitude of therapies including ART, acupuncture, nutritional changes, X training but I think your strengthening exercises have made the most tangible and significant difference. I saw my orthopedic surgeon yesterday (my injury was a proximal high hamstring tear) and I am now his go - to girl to talk with other running patients with similiar injuries. I have given him your web site and told him about the DVD.
I ran 40 miles last week with a 10 mile long run which seems like a dream. I am being very conservative with pace and will be for quite awhile working just on base miles but I am now confident that I will be able to compete at National and World Track Championships in Aug. and Sept.
Thanks again - your DVD is the best $20 I ever spent.
